Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through the website extmag.com, operated by Extmag, a trade name of the private entrepreneur PE Rudiuk Vitalii, registered in Ukraine. It forms part of and should be read together with Extmag Terms and Conditions and the End-User License Agreement.

Merchant of Record
  1. Payments on extmag.com are processed by Extmag’s authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”), which handles billing, taxes, invoicing and refunds. Approved refunds are returned by Paddle to the original payment method.
14-day money-back guarantee
  1. For the initial purchase of any extension subscription, Extmag offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. The customer may request repayment of the price paid for the extension, without stating any reason, within 14 days after the purchase.
  2. This guarantee applies to the initial subscription purchase only and does not apply to automatic renewal payments, which are governed by the “Renewals” section below.
  3. Fees for one-time services – such as installation, conflict resolution and customization – and one-time products are not covered by this guarantee and are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
  4. The customer is entitled to a refund of monetary funds paid for the software only; non-monetary means (for example any customer credits or points) are not refundable.
  5. A refund may be declined where the customer has violated Extmag Terms and Conditions, the License Agreement, or other rules governing the relationship between Extmag and the customer.
Effect of a refund
  1. When a refund is granted, the customer’s access to the software and its updates, including access to the private Composer repository, is revoked immediately, and the related subscription is cancelled.
Renewals
  1. Subscriptions renew automatically. The customer may cancel at any time before the next renewal date – through the customer’s account, the Paddle management link in the receipt, or by contacting Extmag – so that no further renewal payment is charged.
  2. Refunds of renewal payments are handled by Paddle in accordance with Paddle’s Buyer Terms and may be granted at Paddle’s discretion.
How to request a refund
  1. Request a refund from the payment receipt sent to you by Paddle, or contact us at info@extmag.com with your order details. Refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method.
