Admin-Assistente para Magento® 2.x

O Admin-Assistente dá a quem administra sua loja as ferramentas que o painel do Adobe Commerce (Magento) não traz: busca baseada em regras nas grades em que você trabalha todos os dias, atalhos para as páginas que abre o tempo todo e uma resposta direta sobre o que está instalado, o que está configurado onde e o que as tarefas em segundo plano estão fazendo.

Encontrar um pedido pelo que ele contém, conferir uma configuração em todas as visões de loja, ver quais extensões têm atualização esperando, saber se o cron chegou a rodar — cada uma dessas coisas normalmente exige uma exportação, uma troca de escopo ou uma mensagem para o desenvolvedor. O Admin-Assistente responde tudo isso pelo próprio painel.

Cada ferramenta tem a sua própria permissão, de modo que um perfil pode receber as grades sem o diagnóstico, ou o contrário.

Recursos

Filtros avançados para pedidos, faturas, remessas, notas de crédito e produtos

A filtragem funciona como uma regra de preço do carrinho: adicione uma condição, escolha o atributo, o operador e o valor, e combine as condições com TODAS ou QUALQUER. As condições não se limitam às colunas da grade.

Nas grades de vendas elas cobrem totais, quantidade e peso, o método de envio, o endereço completo de cobrança e entrega, nome, e-mail e grupo do cliente, forma de pagamento, status e loja — além de uma combinação de atributos de produto, que localiza um pedido pelo que ele contém. « Pedidos acima de um valor que contenham um produto desta marca e sejam enviados para este país » vira uma consulta só, em vez de uma exportação e uma planilha.

Uma consulta que você monta com frequência pode ser salva como predefinição e reaplicada em um clique. Cada grade é ativada separadamente, e os filtros padrão do Magento podem continuar visíveis ou ser ocultados assim que os avançados estiverem lá.

Painel

Uma página listando cada ferramenta da extensão e se ela está ativa, com link para cada uma. Uma página inicial prática depois do login e o jeito mais rápido de ver como a extensão está configurada em uma instalação que você não conhece.

Hotlinks

Acesso rápido às páginas do painel que você usa o tempo todo — Vendas → Formas de pagamento, uma seção específica da configuração, uma grade onde você vive. Adicione-as por título e URL, ordene-as, desligue algumas; elas aparecem na barra lateral para todos.

Os hotlinks automáticos fazem o mesmo sem que se peça: a extensão conta as páginas que cada usuário visita e oferece a essa pessoa as suas mais visitadas, até o limite que você definir.

Informações sobre extensões instaladas

Cada pacote de terceiros instalado com a versão atual, a última publicada e se há atualização disponível. Sem sessão SSH e sem comando do composer para responder se estamos atrasados em alguma coisa.

Informações do ambiente

A versão, edição e modo do Adobe Commerce (Magento); a versão do PHP, seus limites de memória e de upload e as extensões carregadas; tamanho do banco e número de tabelas; se o Redis e o motor de busca respondem; e quanto disco ocupam as pastas de log, cache, mídia, estáticos e gerados. A página pela qual um chamado de suporte costuma começar.

Monitor de cron

Cada tarefa que a instalação declara, com grupo, expressão de agendamento, último status, última execução e duração, além do histórico. As tarefas podem ser executadas na hora pela grade. Uma tarefa que nunca rodou é informada com clareza — normalmente o caminho mais rápido para descobrir que o cron não roda com o usuário certo.

Comparação de configurações

Cada caminho de configuração que um site ou visão de loja sobrescreve, com o escopo, o valor em vigor ali e o padrão do qual ele se afasta. Depois de uma importação de configuração ou de uma migração, esta é a lista de tudo que não é padrão, em uma tela.

Configuração multistore

Dentro da configuração, um campo gerenciado mostra um pequeno ícone ao lado do campo. Um clique exibe o valor daquele campo em cada loja da instalação — sem trocar de escopo, sem percorrer os sites um a um. Para quem administra mais de uma loja, isso economiza horas.

Visualizador de plugins e preferences

Quais plugins interceptam uma classe, em que ordem e em quais métodos, com busca por classe alvo, classe do plugin ou módulo; e para qual classe concreta cada interface é resolvida. Um filtro mostra apenas os métodos tocados por mais de um plugin — é ali que vivem os conflitos entre extensões.

Sessões administrativas

Cada sessão administrativa com usuário, endereço IP, status, horário de início e última atividade, e uma ação de logout forçado que a encerra na hora: a próxima requisição daquele navegador cai na tela de login.

Gerenciamento de índices

A grade nativa de gerenciamento de índices ganha um contador de backlog e o último erro por indexador, além de uma página de detalhe com histórico de execuções, dependências e dois controles. Pausar interrompe por completo as atualizações agendadas de um indexador; Limitar as reduz a uma passada a cada tantos minutos. Ambos servem para uma importação em massa ou uma migração de dados — pause o que não precisa acompanhar e reindexe uma vez ao final. Uma reindexação manual sempre roda, independentemente do controle.

Grid de categorias

A árvore de categorias como uma grade plana: ordenável, filtrável, com caminho, nível, status, posição e contagem real de produtos. Encontre as categorias sem produtos, reative em lote as que foram desativadas por engano, edite um nome na própria linha. Se você tem muitas categorias, a diferença em relação à árvore é imediata.

Preservar tabelas do banco de dados ao remover extensões

Quando um módulo é desativado, o Adobe Commerce (Magento) apaga suas tabelas na próxima atualização. O Admin-Assistente impede isso, de modo que um módulo desligado por uma tarde não leva os dados junto. As tabelas só são removidas quando um módulo pede isso explicitamente por meio dos seus próprios data patches.

Ativar/desativar Two-Factor Authentication a partir do painel administrativo

A autenticação em dois fatores pode ser contornada pela configuração, separadamente para o login no painel e para a geração de tokens de API, com a opção de manter o contorno fora do modo de desenvolvimento. Pensado para um teste de carga, uma cópia restaurada de produção ou uma instalação que já esteja atrás de um provedor de identidade que exige MFA — não para uma loja pública sem nada que cumpra esse papel.

The extension is installed with Composer. Which repository you add depends on where you bought it — the install itself is the same either way.

1. Connect the repository

Bought on extmag.com. Your account page shows the repository address and your personal credentials, together with the two composer config commands to paste. Run them once per project; every extension you own is then available from the same repository.

Bought on the Adobe Commerce Marketplace. The package is served from repo.magento.com, which most stores already have configured. If not, add the access keys from your Adobe account under My Profile -> Access Keys.

2. Install the extension

Run in the project root:

composer require extmag/improver
php bin/magento setup:upgrade
php bin/magento cache:flush

Composer resolves the shared Extmag packages the extension depends on, so there is nothing else to require by hand.

Log out and log back into the admin, and the extension is ready.

Cloud storage

Dropbox and Google Drive support comes with the extension. OneDrive needs one additional package:

Installing without Composer

The archive can be unpacked into app/code/Extmag/ instead, but that leaves the extension outside dependency management: its shared packages have to be installed by hand and updates never reach it. Use Composer for any store you run, demo included.

AdminWizard adds a set of tools to the Adobe Commerce (Magento) admin under the Extmag menu. Most of them work the moment the extension is installed; what needs setting up is which grids get the advanced filters, which shortcuts appear in the sidebar, and whether the two-factor bypass is used.

Dashboard

1. Go to Admin Main Menu -> Extmag -> AdminWizard -> Dashboard.
   
2. Every tool is a card: the ones that are switched on say so, and each one opens its own page. It is a useful landing page after login — the state of the extension and the way into all of it on one screen.

The dashboard also lists the tools that come from Logs Manager Pro and Backup Manager Pro. Both are bundled with AdminWizard at no extra cost, so their cards are live rather than an advertisement.

Advanced Filters for grids

1. Open Sales -> Orders (or Invoices, Shipments, Credit Memos, or Catalog -> Products) and click the “Advanced Filters” button next to the standard Filters.
   
2. Build the query the way a cart price rule is built: add a condition, choose the attribute, the operator and the value, and combine conditions with ALL / ANY.
3. Click “Apply Filters”. The grid reloads showing only the matching rows.
4. Click “Save Preset” to keep a query you use often; it appears in the Presets list and is one click away next time.

The condition list is not limited to the columns of the grid. On the sales grids it covers totals, quantities, weight, shipping method, the full billing and shipping address, customer name, email and group, payment method, order status and store, plus a Product attribute combination condition that matches an order by what is inside it — “orders containing a product of this brand above this price” is a single condition, not an export and a spreadsheet.

Extensions List and Environment Info

1. Go to Admin Main Menu -> Extmag -> AdminWizard -> Extensions List.
   
2. Click “Check for Updates”. The grid shows every installed third-party package with its current version, the latest published one and whether an update exists.
3. Go to Environment Info in the same menu for the rest of the picture: Magento version, edition and mode, the PHP version and its limits, which extensions are loaded, database size and table count, the state of Redis and the search engine, and how much disk the log, cache, media, static and generated folders take.
   

Both pages answer the questions a support request usually starts with, without an SSH session.

Cron Monitor

1. Go to Admin Main Menu -> Extmag -> AdminWizard -> Cron Monitor.
   
2. The grid lists every job the installation declares — its group, its schedule expression, the last status, when it last ran and how long it took.
3. “Run Now” executes a single job on the spot; “View History” shows its past runs. A job that has never run at all is stated plainly, which is usually the fastest way to find that cron is not running as the right user.

Config Diff

1. Go to Admin Main Menu -> Extmag -> AdminWizard -> Config Diff.
   
2. The grid lists every configuration path that a website or store view overrides, with the scope, the value in force there and the default it departs from.

The same information is available field by field elsewhere in the admin: an AdminWizard-managed field shows a gear icon next to the input, and clicking it lists that field’s value on every store without switching scope.

Plugin & Preference Viewer

1. Go to Admin Main Menu -> Extmag -> AdminWizard -> Plugin & Preference Viewer.
   
2. Search by target class, plugin class or module to see every plugin that intercepts a class, in sort order, with the methods it hooks. “View Preferences” switches to the preference list — which concrete class every interface resolves to.
3. “Show Shared Hooks Only” narrows the list to methods more than one plugin touches, which is where conflicts between extensions live.

Admin Sessions and Categories Grid

• Admin Sessions (Extmag -> AdminWizard -> Admin Sessions) lists every admin session with its user, IP, status, start time and last activity. A per-row Force Logout ends a session immediately — the next request from that browser lands on the login screen.
• Categories Grid (Catalog -> Inventory -> Categories Grid) shows the category tree as a flat, sortable, filterable grid with the path, level, status, position and live product count. Filtering by an empty product count or mass-enabling a batch of categories takes seconds, where the tree view takes a lot of clicking.

Index Management

The native System -> Tools -> Index Management grid gains a backlog count and the last error per indexer, and a detail page with run history, dependencies and two controls: Pause stops an indexer’s scheduled updates entirely, and Throttle limits them to one pass every so many minutes. Both are meant for a bulk import or a migration — pause what does not need to keep up, reindex once at the end. A manual reindex always runs, whatever the gate says.

Configuration

1. Go to Admin Main Menu -> Extmag -> AdminWizard -> Configuration.
   
2. Work through the groups, filling in what applies to your store.

The groups cover:

• General — the master switch for the extension.
• Order, Invoice, Shipment, Credit Memo and Product Grid Advanced Filters — one group per grid: whether the advanced filters appear there, and whether the standard Magento filters are hidden once they do.
• Hotlinks — a table of shortcuts (title plus URL, ordered and individually switchable) that render as a Hotlinks item in the admin sidebar for everyone. Switch on Auto-generate Hotlinks and each operator also gets their own most-visited pages, capped at the number you set.
• Two Factor Auth — whether Magento’s two-factor authentication is bypassed, separately for the admin login and for API token generation, with the option to keep the bypass out of developer mode.

Two-factor authentication is a security control. Turn the bypass on for a load test, a restored copy of production, or an installation already behind an identity provider that enforces MFA — not on a public production store without something else doing that job.

One more thing works without configuration: when a module is disabled, Adobe Commerce (Magento) drops its database tables on the next setup:upgrade. AdminWizard suppresses that, so disabling a module temporarily does not destroy its data. It is on by default.
